Since the birth of human’s on this earth, he has been bound to learn thing for his day-to-day living- the teacher in this case being NATURE. Then it was humans who trained their fellow humans how to hunt, eat food, burn fire, dress etc. Now we have our modern day schooling system which has taken charge.

School is considered the second home for students and the teacher being the first person who is responsible for the education, well being and up-bringing of a student. Education is given utmost importance in today’s world. In almost all nations around the world education is made compulsory.

The education system has so much competition that the teacher has to go out of the traditional ways of teaching and come up with creative ideas to teach, to get the students’ interest and attention, to make education fun and enjoyable, to keep the student actively participating and enjoy the session in class. Being a teacher is a job of responsibility, it needs a lot of intellectual and personal qualities. Teacher’s job is become very challenging day-by-day.

Now-a-day the education system such as schools, colleges, education and institutes etc. have started adopting various patterns of teaching which are followed by their teachers. Training facility yare also provided for teachers if a new technique is to be followed by them. Teachers are regularly put on training sessions so that new ways of teaching are adopted learned and experimented by them.

A teacher plays a very important role in shaping a person’s life, career and his personality, it is a teacher who leads the way of a small kid and often plays a very important part in his life.
